The Nationwide Quality Management System (QMS) Platform unified quality operations across production, distribution, vendors, and retail execution into a single enterprise-wide solution. By standardizing CRQS enforcement across manufacturing lines, distribution centers, and market-level checks, the platform ensured consistent quality benchmarks nationwide, eliminating variability caused by siloed systems and manual processes.
Digitization of audits and inspections enabled the organization to execute over 2,200 audits annually with greater efficiency, accuracy, and traceability. Audit cycle times were reduced, compliance documentation became instantly accessible, and quality teams gained real-time insight into performance across regions and channels. Integration with consumer complaint and resolution systems closed the loop between field quality issues and corrective actions, enabling end-to-end traceability from complaint to root cause.
